Refund policy

At Akme Pret, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0302-1861706. We will share the return address there.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own cost.

  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will either:

    • Issue a refund

    • Or ship the exchange item (as requested)

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized or sale items unless there is a defect or wrong product delivered.
